I was fortunate to attend Robin Sharma’s session live a few years ago. When I attended that session, I had only read ‘The Monk Who Sold His Ferrari’. His session was guided towards his new book ‘The Leader Who Had No Title’. From his session, I learnt a lot of guiding principles that I have tried to apply over the years. I have been partially successful in adopting them into my daily routine.

Robin Sharma is a powerful speaker. His live session was electrifying and it mesmerized me.

I was listening to Robin Sharma’s videos a couple of days ago and I refreshed the basics that he speaks of and I wish to inculcate in my life.

  1. Mindset, heartset, soulset
  2. Gratitude Journal
  3. Avoid the Victim mindset
  4. 5 AM Club – Wake up at 5 AM daily and follow the 20/20/20 rule
  5. 20/20/20 rule – 20 minutes of physical exercise, 20 minutes of reviewing your daily goals and plans, 20 minutes of learning
  6. 60 Minute Student Mindset – Learn for 60 minutes a day everyday to grow in your priority area
  7. Daily discipline
  8. Schedule your day, your week – write down the details.
  9. 90/90/1 rule – For the next 90 days, devote the first 90 minutes of your day to your most important project

To achieve your goals, you need to have ‘fire in your belly’.

As he says, “All change is hard at first, messy in the middle and so gorgeous at the end.”
